Amazing week. I saw Annie at the Neptune theater on Tuesday. It was absolutely FANTASTIC! I went with Rebecca's family, and her mother treated me to the best Mexican food I have ever had in my life. ^___^ The play was so jawsome I have no words for it. Then again, most Neptune musicals are. I also saw the Youth Company Performance of Charlotte's Web on Sunday, which was also very good but I wish Rebecca had a larger role T___T. But I'm biased. ^___^
School was school-ish, but on the second last day Mr. Mahalik let us bring a PS2 and after school we played Metal Gear Solid 3 on the huge LCD projector. Yeah, that was awesome. ^___^ Rebecca's birthday party was on Thursday, which was also awesome. After paying tribute to the birthday girl at the local coffee house, we went to see Phantom of the Opera (OMG!!!!) at the oldest movie theater in the city. Wow. The movie was absol-frickin-lutely FANTASTIC. The Phantom rocked my socks, and Christine duly impressed me (because, hell, she was only 16 when she did the movie o__O). And Carlotta, of course, was amazing.
Tonight Gregory had his Christmas party and we all gave out our Secret Santa gifts. That just left me with a warm fuzzy feeling inside. ^___^ My Secret Santa was Gregory, although it wasn't much of a secret since I figured it out through accidental process of elimination a week ago. o_O He bought me the Star Ocean III Strategy guide (which is disgustingly HUGE), and burnt me a CD of very beautiful music, including my two favorite tracks from Xenogears: Cried (The Merkava Remix, and the Cried version of Those Who Are On the Path to Light... or, um, something to that effect).
And Lici gave me a pie. ^_____^ A PUMPKIN pie! Lici, I love you! *dance dance*. I also recieved a hefty gift from Cat. She made me a necklace, gave me a super awesome gypsy belt and it going to buy me all three of the Star Shards books. All I could do for her was draw her a comic and a picture of Sora Takenouchi, but I guess that's no small feat since she seemed very happy with her gift. ^_^ Dawn didn't finish my massively awesome Ryuuguu poster, but I'm okay with that. I know it's coming.
Caily's family is incredible. Since her parents lost their jobs, they've been recieving a lot of annonymous donations. They had THREE Turkeys this Christmas, and didn't have to buy one. Being that they could hardly be expected to eat that much meat, they offered my Dad and I one of the Turkeys. We agreed, and tonight they not only brought over a Turkey, but some sugar, coffee, canned food and a pie. o__O OMG. I mean, I'm not sure they can afford all that, so I am extra thankful. Their family has done so much for me in the past few years, I have no idea how to repay them. >___<
And stuff. I am very filled with sentimental love right now, it's disgusting. I love Christmas. ^___^ I'm wishing everyone on my friends list an amazing Holiday Season.
(And whee! New computer soon! Which means, y'know, that'll I be on the internet for more than an hour or two a week. -__-;;)
The end.
God bless, I wish you all the best in the world.
