Quoth my roomate: "DC, why must you destroy everything I love?"
SDOHDSLJHFSDJGHLKJG. So I guess Maxwell Lord has been confirmed as the villain for the Justice League move. I mean, not that I had any really high hopes or was excited for this movie or anything, but, rarrrgh. Of all the really huge and "cool" things the Justice League could fight, like evil aliens or EPIC WELL KNOWN VILLAINS or, like, freaking Darksied, why choose poor Max, who was only RETCONNED (half-assedly) into villainry? Why choose Max, who used to be part of an obscure Justice League family? Why choose to use Max in a movie that includes NONE OF THE CHARACTERS HE IS REGULARLY ASSOCIATED WITH? Also, insert general petty fangirl entitlement rage! *flail*
Okay, maybe I'm looking at this the wrong way. I mean, if L-Ron makes an appearance as a snarky, "evil robot sidekick", that could have the potential of being totally awesome, right?Except superhero movies these days are totally: "SERIOUS BUSINESS" so there's absolutely no chance of anything remotely fun happening in this film. :PPP Ugh.
Also, Focus on the Family deems Avatar harmful to children! Seriously, Focus on the Family, what ARE we allowed to watch?
