MAYBE ONE DAY I WILL POST ABOUT THINGS THAT MATTER AND ARE IMPORTANT.
Okay, so, uh. There's this wiki called Fan History that's full of articles on "important" (ahahahaha) things in fandom. Relevant fics, epic wanks, clinical essays and BNFs. Or at the very least, BNWs (big. name. WANKERS).
I realize that the site is in progress and so far seems mostly to archive info on fandoms like Star Trek, Harry Potter and such, so of course very few of the authors I am familiar with or know personally would be referenced on it.
So why is there an article on me?
Yeah, yeah- I edited the article to hell and high water today because I'm me and lame like that, but that article was made by someone else (the, uh, site administrator or something) and had to be pointed out to me by
a_white_rain. It had a fairly accurate list of my fandoms along with the date I entered fandom. UM, WHAT?
I am not nearly prevalent enough to have warranted that. Because, seriously, I could name quite a few BNFs from my various fandoms who are not mentioned there. While we're talking FMA (which is probably what I'm most famous for), NONE of the Sins have articles. ALSO, DEMIDEVI!? WHERE IS YOUR PRETENTIOUS BNF ASS? I GUESS THIS FINALLY PROVES THAT I WAS THE PRETTIER, WITTIER ONE ALL ALONG. But don't worry, darling, I made you a footnote!
This is somewhat flattering and baffling. R I INTERWEBZ FAMUS? There was even a seperate entry for my old screen-name. The, uh, one I abandoned five years ago. o__O
And it's totally not cool that the only other Naruto fan listed in there is Shirohane. :P
