Adolescence: A Definition
</p>

You see yourself, moving in brilliant
technicolor, but around you all is black
and white- not even the shades of gray in
between. It's called Narcissim, where you
can't hear the static around you because
your thoughts are so, so, so loud that
sometimes you miss the important details
read between the lines. Because that's what
being a teenager is all about. You're in that
long, dark tunnel and even though you are
surrounded, you are alone. And even though
you know you will emerge from the other side
an adult, there is still no light at the end
of the tunnel. That's because there is no
magical happiness at the other end- only the
light (or dark) that is already inside of you.

Because life is what you make of it- not what is makes of you.
