I'm really excited that I have a lot of avatars, so I'm going to make a really random post before I actually type up something halfways substantial when I get home tonight. XDDD
Dawn and I went shopping for geeky stuff today. I bought a lot of, OMG!AMERICAN COMICS!!!! Have I ever mentioned how much I love being short and adorable? I was standing around in Odessy 2000 (local geek shop) today looking at the $54.00 volume of BONE (the complete series. XD) and the clerk was randomly like: "HEY, WANT 10% OFF!?" and I was all like: "I DON'T HAVE A MEMBERSHIP DUDE!!!" and he was like: "Oh......... WANT A DISCOUNT ANYWAYS? LOLZ?" and I was like: "HELLZ YEAH!"
... and thus, I got the BONE series volume for a few dollars less than the cover price. AND I got Dawn and discount on the Wolf's Rain manga. BECAUSE I AM JUST REALLY, REALLY COOL THAT WAY.
But I'm also a loser who's already blown my entire paycheck. T____T I bought the Trigun boxset through Dawn's eBay- which was interesting because, since I'm getting the Chinese bootlegs, the shipping and handling was more than twice the price of the actual DVDs. o___O
I ALSO FOUND SOMETHING REALLY AMAZING. OMG WTF OMG WTF OMG WTF.

... THE FIRST FOUR VOLUMES OF ELFQUEST IN THEIR HUGE, FULL COLOR, 80'S FORMAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They weren't hardcover, but they were still FULL COLOR, BIG AND FROM THE 80'S!!!!!!!!!!
I died of fangirl happy and impulse bought volumes three and four. I'm going back for one and two next pay. *dansu dansu dansu*
I still have... a lot of money left, but my remaining funds are going towards damage deposit, Dad's bday gift and a shitty $20 copy of Xenogears for Demidevi (THIS IS NOT A DEBATABLE ISSUE ^_____________________^).
