Okay, Ashley randomly sent this to me and asked me if I thought Ed looked unusually girly in this picture. I will say that he has looked girlier, but I cannot deny that this is quite simply the GAYEST piece of official art ever. I mean- WTF? I'm a slash fangirl and yet the random BLATANT GAYNESS of this picture makes ME uncomfortable.
But you know what is so awesomely funny about the gay factor of this image? The fact that it is trying VERY, VERY hard to be straight. Like, I'm not kidding- despite all apperances suggesting otherwise, this image is a very clean-cut Ed/Winry, Roy/Hawkeye pairing picture (although I'm rather confused about the latter since Ed and Winry were ANYTHING but canon in the anime, from which this picture appears to be based what with all the, y'know, anime-esque-ness).
So, yeah. Bask in the totally unintentional, pedoriffic gayitude of this picture and giggle a little because I sure as hell hope that Roy/Ed fan service isn't intentional (otherwise I'd totally worry).
