So, my hair isn't very receptive at all to hairdye. The dye that was supposed to lighten my hair three shades for 8-12 washes (effectively making me BLONDE for the convention) instead lightened my hair, maybe half a shade? Though, honestly, I should have seen this coming considering that time I tried to dye my tips purple with PERMENANT hair dye and it washed out in, like, three days o__O.
Gah- I'm beginning to think that I just should have cosplayed movie!Al. My hair and eyes are pretty much the right color, plus I look a lot more like him than I do Ed (round face, big eyes, inability to look properally pissed off). *sigh*
Oh well- I will say one thing about that hair dye mousse (other than the fact that I wasted ten bucks that could have been spent on anime paraphenalia on it)- right now, my hair looks REALLY FUCKING AWESOME. Like- I look like I just stepped out of a shampoo commercial or something. It's all shiny and soft and FWOOSH. I need to get someone to walk behind me with a fan all day or something just to show off it's glorious majestry! Damn!
