The Cafeteria Sucks
I joined the school newspaper team today. It's not nearly as bad as Leslie and I thought it would be. Angie, Nick, Paige and Brynn are the editors.
What's weird is that everyone was happy to see me. o.O I asked what to write about and they were all like:
"You're Jenn! You can write whatever you want!"
I asked them to be a bit more specific, so now I'm writing an article about how much the school cafeteria sucks (because, you know I eat there every day. *snicker*). Among other things, of course. Is this the first step in our revolution? Who knows.
... we need an insta baricade. We should protest Musical style- you know, hold hands and sing: 'Do You Hear The People Sing' and stuff.
Oooh, I'm going to go home and listen to Les Mis today. ^ ^
Off topic (or maybe talking about the stuff that really matters) I failed a math test today.
A math test on cos/sin graphing.
GEEZE! It's, like, the easiest stuff we've done ALL YEAR! I'm baffled at how I'm getting better marks in ADVANCED CHEMISTY 12 than in a grade 11 math course. Yeesh. My calculator weeps. He's no longer proud to be my mathemitician. *sobs*
Okay, I'll stop with the melodrama. I'm actually in a very good mood. We're starting fundraising for the New York Trip and Rebecca and Leslie were coming up with uber-ideas.
Rebecca suggested that we do plays.
... plays based on my writing!
... ISN'T THAT COOL! *jumps around and is happy*
Wow, that just made me feel great. I mean, I know friends are supposed to be supportive and stuff but my friends really honestly love my writing. I mean, not like there was any doubt (I really don't think that Lici, Leslie and Rebecca wouldhave agreed to let me in on Ryuuguu if they thought I couldn't write) but things like Rebecca asking me if she could use monolouges from my works for auditions; or how Leslie and Caily said reading Illuminati is like reading a published novel; really just make me feel good about myself.
Um, so anyways we're going to convert my stories into plays, get actors, and charge people to see them. ^ ^
Too bad winter's closing in. We could do busking stuff to make up funds as well. I wonder how much people would pay to see Leslie do her Poi on fire. Hmmm... *considers*

I've been working on the FFT musical again. Everytime I write this I want to gather up a video-game loving performace crew and put on a show! I'd love for Rebecca to play Ovelia (who, coincidentally, is written in her range. *wink wink nudge nudge*), but I don't think she'll ever forgive me for making Balmafula a mostly dancing part.
I've been trying to decide for a while what exactly to do with 'Under the Stars' (the uber-music that plays when you fight Izlude), and have decided to tell the story of Murond with it. ^ ^

Also, I'm working on the song that introduces Mustadio (Agrias gets to be skeptical and Ramza sings, um, high), and the 'Delita's Anger' scene (Algus is such a bitch. I love him. ^ ^).
Why is Tactics music so difficult to find? -.-;;
