Is it just me, or are your senses, like, eight million times sharper when you haven't slept for over fourty-eight hours?

EDIT: I think it's just that the guys in my Film and Video class are distressingly loud these days. I'm listening to Alice freaking Cooper nearly on max volume and I'm still twicthing at every noise they make.
