I just wanted to tell everyone that Chuck is one of the greatest shows ever. If you aren't watching it, you should be.

Not only is the show great, but the actors really care about their fans. They didn't get to do a Q&A this year at comic con cause they started late and Zachery seemed really heartbroken about it. They really care. They know their fans love them, and they love us too and it really shows. I don't think there is any other set of actors that care more than they do, at least from what I've seen of main stream TV actors at comic con.

This show is special. You should really give it a chance if you haven't already.

Saturday was more of a laid back day.

i tried to get into the Chuck panel and failed, which was the only panel the whole time that i wanted to go to and didn't get to. oh well. i'll just go check out Pop Culture Reference for all the stuff i missed.

i spent some time on the floor and then went and then went and got in line for Glee at the new indigo ballroom at the hilton.

+ the first panel was some dc universe game. i'm not that into DC comics so i didn't really care. except when Stan Lee came out. come on. it's fucking stan lee

+ the next panel was something i can't even remember cause i obviously didnt care. OH i remember. it was Sanctuary. i've never been interested in watching that show, and i'm still not now. i do like the pretty boy though, but not enough to watch. sorry tapping fans.

+ NEXT WAS GLEEE! the aired the second episode, which let me tell you is by far the most amazing that i had seen while there. they did golddigger and take a bow and some other disco song. IT WAS FUCKING AMAZING. and so much is revealed in this episode. AND FINN AND RACHEL KISS OMG AND THE MAIL MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO FUCKING HILARIOUS. omg. i dont even know. it was just so good. and the will/emma love is totally there! when he puts the chalk on her nose, i wanted to die from all the cute! i'm sure it'll leak soon, cause that's what happens, but you have to watch it. SO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!! and seeing matt rap was the best thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and the panel was amazing. probably one of the best panels i went to the entire weekend. lea, matt, and cory were there, so was the girl who plays quinn (who i still hate in the show) but she is totally adorable in person. they talked about their backgrounds in music and how they came to be on the show. and matt sang us some "somewhere over the rainbow" which is what he used to audition for. it was just so cute! i loved it so much. and the writers/creators are TOTALLY AWESOME. kristen chenoweth is going to be guest staring on it too.
god this show is just going to be so awesome i can't even take it. here are some pictures from the panel

after glee, me, me tracy and ryan went and got in line for true blood. but first we had to sit through the fringe panel

+ don't get me wrong. i liked the first 3 episodes of fringe, but after that i stopped watching. i'm going to pick it up again when i get money and the dvd comes out. i'll catch up on lost too i promise all you jj fans. the panel was okay. i got kind of bored and me, ryan and tracy took pictures since we were sitting in the very back row. joshua jackson is totally adorable and i still love him. yay pacey!

+ we moved up for true blood. the panel was pretty awesome. they had everyone there! sookie, bill, tara, sam, helena cain (yes i know that's a bsg character), jessica (<3), lafayette, and eric. they also had alan the creator and charline harris (the writier of the books). they panel was so big though that most people didn't really get to talk much. and the leader of the panel was pretty controlling. but we did get to watch a trailer for 2.5 which was pretty awesome! :DD i'm super excited! and i'm pretty stoked for the true blood drink!!!!! i got some pretty awesome swag from the panel too (a shirt, living dead in dallas, a coupon for 15% off the hbo store stuff and a notebook). stephen and anna were so cute with each other! they are so adorable together. deborah was adorable too. she's was so nervous and cute. <3 love her

after that we went back to the hotel then got dressed and went out to an indian restaurant near the club we were going to. the food was pretty fucking good. the club was good too, but we didn't see any of the true blood cast. BUT I DID FINALLY GET TO MEET melloniel AFTER 6 YEARS!!!!!!! i also got to meet genjadeshade! HIII!! and we danced and had a good time.

Sunday was a pretty good day. i stood in line for swag for a bit and got my true blood stuff, then proceeded to hit the exhibit hall and get bags. yes. that was my mission on sunday get as many awesome bags as possible. i really just wanted a buffy bag and a chuck/big bang theory bag.

so we went and got buffy bags. the guy was just going back to the tent they held all the boxes of bags in and i told him i really wanted a buffy bag and he told me he was about to give them out. he gave me mine first, cause he was awesome. so i got my buffy bag.

after that we went to the WB booth and got in line for bags. they were handing out fringe ones, so now i have a fringe bag. lol oh well. i'll watch the show eventually. we went back a couple times for more bags. ended up geting a cartoon one (which i gave away later that day).

me, ryan and tracy walked around for a bit looking at stuff. i got a picture with ratchet from ratchet and clank so that was pretty cool. tracy got some free posters.

later we met up with emily. then ryan had to leave. i went to artist alley with emily and ended up getting a poster by chris sanders and christina strain. we went and got our poster signed by chris, then somehow got separated between the atm (i needed to get a runaways poster and ran out of money) and getting in line for christina strain's signing at the marvel booth. but on the way to the marvel booth, they started handing out more bags at the wb booth. i saw them take out the chuck bags from the boxes and then i frantically found the end of the line so i could get one (and i got one!!!!). then went to the marvel booth and got my posters signed by christina. she is cute and so nice. after that me and emily were basically done cause we didnt want our posters to get fucked up.

tracy went and got something doodled for her by her favorite web comic. i saw an awesome shirt there that said "evolution kills" so i had to buy it. yay tshirts!

alice and josef met up with us later and we left and drove back home.

now it's been a day, and i already have the post-con blues.

Comic Con 2009 Friday

i'm going to expand on my other entry, then make one for saturday/sunday. :D i hope you dont mind the spam. pictures will come later when i get time to take them off my camera. actually, fuck that i'll do it now. so there are 277 photos, but i won't upload all of them.

so we go to con around 9ish. it was fine cause i went straight into the line for ballroom 20. since everything i wanted to see that day was in there, i figured if i wanted to get in and get a good seat, i would have to go early.

+ stargate universe. i still havent watched all of sga, and probably wont finish anytime soon, but i'm thinking about watching sgu. it looks good from the preview i saw and there really isnt anything holding me back (like 5 seasons to catch up on). the panel was pretty good too, so that's good. :D

+ the plan looks amazing. even the extended trailer they showed was awesome. ejo basically said that it is going to be amazing and that we'll all have to rewatch bsg after we see the plan, so as of now, that's the plan for me and emily. the plan then bsg again. grace park came out too, so that was cool. :)

+ the big bang theory panel was one of my favorites this year. the cast was so funny and so honest. i loved that jim was like "i can fake knowing about physics, but i can't fake knowing rock paper scissors." lol too cute! i'm so proud that he's been nominated for an emmy. and MOIST! <3 HAHAHA love him!!!!!! johnny was adorable too, and the beard! HELLO HOTTNESS! kayle was super cute too!!!! she is totally like penny in a lot of ways, which is adorable! and don't get me starte don how freaking cute kunal is. omg. <3333 i think the past part about this panel was a when jim made the really scary sheldon smiling face. it was so cute to see him have to calm down (and not laugh) so that he could make it. <3 love him

+ the 24 panel was okay. katee didn't get to talk much, but FPJ was there, and when he said something about his wife, everyone cheered (yay SMG!) and he was like "oh yeah, i forgot she's popular here". lol it was really adorable! and katee is just so frakking hot. i can't even stand it. i didnt get any pictures of her, but emily did with her good camera, so hopefully she'll upload those when she gets a chance and i'll post some of them on here. i might watch season 8 of 24, just for katee, ngl.

+ the bones panel, although good, was disappointing. david wasnt there. :(((( because his wife is expecting a child any day now. but he taped a message and they played it for us and it was pretty heartfelt. i wish they would have brought someone else from the cast in place of him (oh like TJ!) but they didn't. but the panel was still pretty good, and Emily is so beautiful and awesome. they said they'd like to have Zack come back on the show (which would make me EXTREMELY HAPPY), but that it would have to fit in with Eric's schedule since he is going back to NYC to do theater. :( i wish he would stay so that i could see him on bones again. i miss that character so much.

+ joss came out and talked a bit before the dollhouse episode. me and emily stayed for most of the episode (which was really good and i'll have to find it somewhere so i can watch the end) but we had to leave before it was over because we had to get back to the hotel room to change and eat before leaving for the bear show.

and about this connection i had with the guy while on the trolly. he was sitting out side of the trolly (i guess waiting for a different line to come by) and when he looked at the trolly he got this weird look on his face like "wtf are these people doing" cause it was so fully. well i thought it was funny that he got that look on his face so i started laughing, then he looked at me. and i laughed even more cause he was looking at me. then he tried to ignore me and couldn't! lol it was funny. so then a few seconds later i told emily that he was trying to ignore me and that i was trying to make him laugh. so she looked over at him and he noticed and i guess got embarrassed cause he took out a book and put it over his face (not covering his eyes, but trying to hide his face) which was totally fucking cute! so then the trolly left and he waved to me. it was pretty funny. :D

although a bunch of the cast was at the bear concert, it was somewhat bitter sweet. let me tell you, i have never cried this much at a concert before. i cry a lot, but damn, this was pretty heartbreaking. Harvey Frand, a producer on BSG, died on thrusday night (the night before the concert). when michael hogan came out on stage and started talking about harvey and seeing ejo and grace park (and michael) start crying on stage was so heartbreaking for me. it's not emotions you really associate with them out of character, so it was really hard for me to see. and knowing how much this man actually meant to what we know as battlestar galactica and to these actors who obviously mean so much to as as fans was pretty astonishing. so a lot of the cast was there. i mentioned them in my last post, but i'll do it again here. michael hogan (tigh), nikki cline (cally), grace park (boomer), ejo (papadama), michele forbes (cain), michael trucco (anders), james callis (baltar), and richard hatch (zarek). david eick was there too. i must admit though, michael hogan was drunk. he is so col tigh i can't even tell you. he was stumbling around during intermission and spilling his 2 beers all over the floor. he bent down to put them on the ground so he could talk and hit his head on the mic on the way up. it was hilarious. lol <3

so yeah, about that Brendan McCreary. i am so smitten with him. his band played first at the concert (Brendan's Band) and he was totally hot. so when he was on stage with the orchestra playing guitar, i totally kept looking at him (cause come on, the man is fucking beautiful AND BITCHES HE IS MINE! NO TOUCHY!). we had a little moment during one of the songs where he was rocking out, and i was rocking out and he looked at me and smiled and it was awesome. so after the show they had a signing (i got a big poster that looks like this) and i went to get mine signed. i thought it was only going to be bear, but apparently it was nearly the entire orchestra (WHICH IS TOTALLY AWESOME BTW)!! so i went up to bear and told him that his music is amazing and got a picture with him. then i told him that i am going to get the notes tattooed on me somewhere (which is the honest truth) and that i had to make a decision between the notes and the tattoo i have now when i got it. he told me that when i get my tattoo i have to email him a picutre (which i promised to do). so then i went by raya, who is so beautiful. he told her that i was going to get a tattoo and she asked me where and i told her i hadn't decided between my right wrist and the back of my neck, and she said my neck. THEN BRENDAN!!!!! so i got up to him, and the first thing that came out of my mouth was "you are hot!" and he was like "i know, i could tell you thought that during the show" LOL. <3 and i said "yeah, i couldn't stop looking at you" cause i'm a totally idiot. then he was like "we totally connected, i get it". so i asked for a picture with him and had to run around the table so emily could get a picture of me with him. he was like "i'm a little drunk right now." LOL i love him. but i got my picture with him and i'm totally happy.

Comic Con 2009 Thrusday

the line for the summit panel was so long. i dont even know. we had a twatlight friend in line so we just snuck in line with her. she was there at 8 in the morning and she was on the other side of the road from hall h. we still got in but omg.

me and emily wore our twatlight shirts. they were fucking awesome. i'll probably post pictures later when emily uploads them. emily got interviewed by G4 cause they came by and asked if anyone wanted to be interviewed. it was pretty hilarious since she was wearing her twat shirt. a lot of people kept asking "what is twatlight?" lol they should google it. haha.

the disney 3d panel was FUCKING AMAZING!!!!!
+ a christmas carol seems really cool. i might go see it.
+ but the highlight of the 3d panel was tim burton. for fucking sure. he was so hilarious and alice in wonderland looks fucking amazing!!!!!!! they showed the trailer 3 times! it was fucking amazing. THEN JOHNNY FUCKING DEPP CAME OUT FOR LIKE 2 MINUTES!!!!! AND EVERYONE WENT FUCKING CRAZY IT WAS AMAZING! TOTALLY THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY.
+ the tron panel was alright. oliva wilde was there (i wasn't expecting that) and i totally texted alice and told her and she thought i was joking. LOL no fucking way. she was totally there. and totally hot. i totally yelled out "I LOVE YOU OLIVIA" just for alice cause she wasnt there.

the summit panel was alright
+ kristen bell and the other kid came out and showed us the trailer for astro boy. i wish kbell had stayed longer. i love her.
+ then sorority row came out. i booed for audrina partridge. i didnt feel bad about it. i hate her.
+ then new moon. rpattz, kstew, taycob and alice were there. the only 2 who could actually answer anything with a remote sense of having a brain were taycob and alice. kstew and rpattz were probably high as usual. seriously they were so fucking retarded. i made fun of them the entire time. it was pretty awesome. they showed the a clip from the motrocycle scene. all the people the asked questions were fucking dumbfucks too. god i hate that fandom, except for the making fun of it part. i left right before they showed the last clip at the end (the italy scene) to make another panel. taycob is totally hot. totally fucking hot. and if that makes me a pedophile, so be it.

the evolution of fantasy panel was pretty cool. i met up with julie (who i havent seen in forever! i'll probably see her again sometime this weekend hopefully) and we cheered for jacqueline carey. she was pretty awesome. ngl. i had to leave right before the q&a so i could go get in line for dexter.

i missed the very beginning of the dexter panel but at least i got in. seriously i was so far back in line that i really didnt think i was going. i think they cut the line off like right after where i was cause when i got into the room it was almost full. i missed the preview for season 4 at the beginning, but i think it's on showtimes website, so i can just go watch it later. the panel was pretty awesome. a lot of good questions from the audience and it was nice to see intelligent people actually answering and asking questions (unlike the new moon panel). it was a really good panel and i'm really looking for to season 4. :DDDDD thanks alice for getting me into dexter.

after that we came back to the hotel, went and got food (vegan pizza from whole foods) and went into the spa for a bit after figuring out how to get to the convention center tomorrow morning.
we are leaving at like 8:20 tomorrow to get to the convention center by 9 so that we can get in line for panels. tomorrow is battlestar/caprica, big bang theory, 24 (katee sackhoff), bones, then dollhouse. i have to leave after dollhouse since we have to get back here and get ready for the bsg concert which starts at 7. so far so good! :D
