1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CelerSearch ("Service"), operated by Ideologix Media Dooel ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CelerSearch provides managed search instances through proprietary software that is compatible with the Meilisearch API. The Service includes instance provisioning, management, automatic backups, SSL certificates, and related tools including platform plugins and REST API access. The Service is accessible through our portal at app.celersearch.com.

3. Accounts and Billing

You must create an account to use CelerSearch. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

CelerSearch offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. You can sign up with any plan and upgrade or downgrade at any time. When changing plans, you pay or are credited the prorated difference. We do not offer free trials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Index, store, or serve illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' instances
  • Circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or other service restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent
  • Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing activities through the Service

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you index through CelerSearch. We do not claim any rights over your search data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to index and serve the content you upload to the Service.

Upon account termination or cancellation, your search instances and indexed data will be deleted. We recommend exporting any data you need before cancelling your subscription.

7. Data Processing and GDPR

When you index data through CelerSearch, we act as a data processor on your behalf (you being the data controller) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your indexed data solely to provide the search service and follow your instructions regarding that data.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a lawful basis to index and process any personal data through the Service
  • Informing your end users about how their data is processed, including through search functionality
  • Responding to data subject requests (access, deletion, etc.) from your end users

We commit to:

  • Processing indexed data only as necessary to provide the Service
  • Implementing appropriate technical and organisational security measures
  • Notifying you without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach
  • Deleting all indexed data upon account termination or upon your request
  • Not transferring data to sub-processors without ensuring equivalent data protection safeguards

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all search instances. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

CelerSearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the portal. Upon termination, your search instances will be deprovisioned and your indexed data will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
