Colorado Celebrates Strong First-Year of Care Worker Tax Credit, Delivering Millions Back to Colorado’s Early Childhood Workforce
DENVER - Thursday, May 14, 2026 - Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera, alongside the Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) and the Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), is celebrating a successful first year of the Care Worker Tax Credit, a refundable state income tax credit designed to support Colorado’s child care and direct care workforce.

DENVER - Tuesday, April 14, 2026 — The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) hit the road—and the halls of the State Capitol—today to bring its services directly to the community. With DMV2GO stationed at Lincoln Veterans Memorial Park and DMV staff inside the Capitol, Coloradans had the opportunity to connect with DMV representatives, learn about key initiatives, and explore ways the agency is working to enhance accessibility and customer experience.
2026 Responsible Gaming Grants Awarded, Totaling $3.7 million dollars
On February 19, the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission awarded $3,783,954.50 in 2026 Responsible Gaming Grants. This grant cycle marks the fourth round of Responsible Gaming Grants since the passage of House Bill 22-1402. Since 2023, the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission has awarded more than $10 million in Responsible Gaming Grants.
