Google API Services<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Disclosure. Horizon Business Services, Inc. (\u201cHorizon\u201d) uses Google\u2019s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable various of our hosted and downloadable software products (the \u201cPlatforms\u201d), including without limitation Caterease\u00ae and Cover\u2122, to integrate with certain of Google\u2019s services that you may separately obtain from Google.<\/p>

When our customers choose to integrate Google API Services with our Platforms, your e-mail contacts maintained in your Google account (\u201cCollected Data\u201d) will be populated into the Platforms and your calendar entries from the Platforms are exported to Google . We have designed the use and transfer of Collected Data received from Google APIs to adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The information used with these API services may include confidential data and personal data (e.g. personal information included within your contacts). Horizon does not see or access your Collected Data except as necessary to provide you support and to host such data within any hosted components of the Platforms.<\/p>

In connection with the Google API Services that we use for our Platforms, Horizon also integrates functionality that allows you to use Google user authentication credentials to login to the Platforms. We do not obtain or access your Google user authentication credentials.<\/p>

We use targeted advertising to give our potential customers the best experience possible.
