Question: Does your solution provide in-person and online sales?
Answer: Yes, our platform allows for both in-person and online sales.
Question: Is your system fully automated?
Answer: Yes (ticket-sales), No (drawing a winner).
Our system requires that the organization obtain a license from the AGCO. Our system automates all aspects of ticket sales, but does not hold the draw or determine a winner. This is a more affordable solution for smaller organizations, and allows for volunteer participation & engagement.
Question: What about additional features?
Answer: We are constantly working to improve our system. If you have requests for new features please let us know.

Deanna Simone
Founder & CEO
A Strategic Digital Marketing Consultant and the Founder & CEO of both Rosewood Inc. and Rosewood Marketing Group Inc., Deanna Simone fosters long-term partnerships with clients to work towards mutually beneficial goals.
She’s a graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honors BA in Linguistics & French. She brings over a decade of work experience within industries such as advertising, marketing, sales, account and operations management, dispatch, web design, graphic design, and managed IT services.
She is passionate about supporting communities and incredibly proud of her ability to curate knowledgeable and dedicated teams.

Mallory Mueller
Director of Operations
Mallory brings over a decade of experience in business operations, people and culture, and strategic process development across industries including technology, artificial intelligence, staffing, and retail. As Director of Operations at Rosewood, she focuses on building strong operational foundations that empower teams to do their best work, while ensuring the business scales with structure and sustainability.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University and has led high-performing teams at organizations such as Aethos Labs, Dejero, and Sephora. Her expertise spans organizational design, system implementation, hiring strategy, performance management, and customer experience strategy.

Dasha Frumovitch
Director of Web Development
Before starting her career in web design and development Dasha spent 10 years working as a pastry chef in hotels such as Fairmont, Marriott, and Delta working alongside some of Canada’s top chefs.
Having felt it was time to take her career in a new direction, Dasha combined her skills in design and project management acquired in the hospitality industry and pursued the tech world. In 2019 she graduated with Honours from Seneca’s Webmaster Content Site Design and Development Program and began her career as a Web Designer.
She is passionate about finding the balance between engaging and logical delivery of information that makes the user experience captivating and intuitive.
