Program Overview

CatchStat, operated by DAGTech, Inc. ("DAGTech"), offers an SMS messaging program that allows fishing tournament directors to send text message updates, announcements, and important notifications to registered tournament participants who have opted in to receive SMS communications.

Opt-In & Consent

By checking the "SMS notifications" checkbox during tournament registration or in your account notification settings, and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from CatchStat on behalf of tournament directors for tournaments you are registered with. Consent is not a condition of registration or any purchase.

Opt-in methods include:

Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on the tournament registration form
Enabling SMS notifications in your CatchStat account settings

Message Frequency & Content

Message frequency varies based on tournament activity. You will only receive messages related to tournaments you are actively registered with. Messages may include:

Tournament schedule updates and reminders
Weather alerts and delays
Weigh-in reminders and results notifications
Important announcements from tournament directors

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. CatchStat is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by any of the following methods:

Reply STOP to any message you receive from CatchStat
Disable SMS notifications in your Account Settings > Notifications tab
Contact us at support@catchstat.com

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-opt in through your account settings. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the CatchStat platform.

Privacy

                        Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are collected solely for the purpose of
                        sending tournament-related text messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number
                        with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

DAGTech reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
