With the app, you can: - Find a healthcare provider or facility - View your ID card - Switch language to Spanish - Get health alerts - Access Start Smart for Your Baby information Experience the power and ease of going mobile with Carolina Complete Health. For more detailed benefits information, visit https://www.carolinacompletehealth.com/. Note: If you are a Medicaid member outside of North Carolina, please find an app that is based in your state. A better app is coming for Carolina Complete Health! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Carolina Complete Health app.
