CarlE keeps you mobile. With our new platform, you can easily book and pay for your personal ride with a taxi, a business limousine, a Frankfurt airport shuttle or public transport substitute traffic via your smartphone.
Due to our specialization in the digitization of order forms, our app also offers citizens of Frankfurt am Main the possibility to book their urban disability transport of the DDZ Frankfurt.
AND AS SIMPLE IT WORKS:
1. Get a location or enter the departure address
2. Select the appropriate product (taxi as standard, local special products are displayed)
3. Choose transport objects, special requests and departure times
4. Track the vehicle's journey on the map live
5. Pay conveniently via app
6. Rate your ride
FEATURES:
• Book trips several days in advance (eg taxi or airport transfer)
• Have the estimated fares displayed before driving
• Child seats, large vehicles (up to 8 people), estate vehicles, English speaking driver, etc .: we will always send you the vehicle of your choice, if available.
• Pay by credit card, PayPal, loyalty cards or vouchers easily and cashlessly through the app
• Past trips can be viewed at any time via the logbook
• Save popular addresses among the favorites
• Change the language! We are available in German, Danish, English, French, Greek, Dutch, Slovenian and Czech!
• Contact our 24x7 call center if something is left in a vehicle or there are complaints!
