Application Down
The opened link forwards to the environment where the application server is down or is not picked up yet.
Recommendations:
- Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
If you have recently deployed a new version of your application, made other significant changes, or restarted the server, you might need to wait a few minutes for the server to become available and then refresh the page.
- Check your application logs.
Code errors in your application can cause a problem. The application server Log option can help you to troubleshoot the issue.
The logs will appear in the panel, as it is shown below:
Try to locate any errors and double-check your application logic (locally, for example).
- Increase cloudlet limits.

Click the Change Environment Topology button next to your environment.

In the opened wizard, increase the Scaling Limit and click Apply.
Be aware that the corresponding nodes will be automatically restarted to apply changes.
- Contact Support.
If the issue cannot be resolved with the previous recommendations, contact support from the Help menu at the top of the dashboard.
