As a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards.  You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers.  Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology.  The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this role.

Protech Mobile Diagnostic Technicians will complete mid-level to advanced repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles. Repairs may include but are not limited to airbags, airbag components, wire repairs, full interior trim R&I/replacement, dashboards, steering columns, engine R&I, suspension, frame replacement, troubleshooting/diagnostics, module programming, and fuse box repairs.

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in the overall leadership and operation of the assigned market while playing a key role in driving business growth through third-party customer acquisition and retention. This role ensures Protech and Adjacent Business Technicians have the support, tools, and resources necessary to perform their work safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting operational performance, teammate development, client relationships, and administrative functions while maintaining company goals and standards for performance. A primary focus of this role is expanding third-party business through new customer acquisition, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow service utilization within current accounts. Success in this role requires a strong balance of operational leadership, customer engagement, and market development to deliver a world-class customer experience while supporting sustainable market growth.

This role will support the field operations success, development, and financial performance while focused on delivering a world class customer experience to gain lifetime promotors and grow Caliber’s reputation in the marketplace.
