Ontario Bridge Training Program

The Career Foundation is currently offering sector-specific bridging program that will support internationally trained immigrants (ITIs) integrate into the Canadian workforce. Our Ontario Bridge Training Program is focused on helping ITIs get employment in the field in which they possess prior training and experience.

Our program is designed to provide you with sector-specific training focused on your work and educational experience outside of Canada. Our goal is to deliver tailored training to equip you with the requirements for licensure and or/registration in regulated professions, and non-regulated high skill occupations. Participants are provided with customized workplace communication and pre-employment skills including individualized coaching and mentoring to ensure success in the Canadian workforce.
