To facilitate the management of inquiries and provide better service, we use a support ticket system. Every inquiry will be given a unique ticket number that can be used to track the status and feedback online. For your reference, we provide a complete archive and history for each of your requests. Through IDSB Care, tickets will be created for inquiries related to Salary Deductions and Loan Applications. A valid email address is required to send the ticket.
