It was around eleven o’clock when Elena climbed the stairs to her front porch, reaching for the front door. The air was cool and crisp and the sky was clear of any haze above. She had a great night with Stefan, just the two of them in the park – for once there were no other worries or dangers within an eye sight. The doorknob was ice cold to the touch. Her hand jerked back, she put them to her mouth and blew hot air before rubbing them together and trying once more. Slightly creaking, as the wood of the doorframe settled, Elena pushed into dark house.

First stop was the kitchen. Setting her purse on the counter she saw there was a note on the refrigerator from Jenna saying she would be late from class and was meeting Alaric afterwards, so no need to worry. Elena smiled, in partial relief, being happy for her aunt to finally find someone deserving of her young aunt and stuck the paper back under the magnet. She walked over to the top west side cupboard for a glass of juice before heading upstairs to do some last minute homework for history (which Alaric wouldn’t care if she didn’t get done that night as long as she did it the next day in before class started) and any other nightly rituals before bed. She rinsed the glass of any remaining drops of liquid, grabbed her purse and started up the stairs.

Midway up, Elena heard a thump. She stopped momentarily, looking around her and shielding her clutch in front of her instinctively. Hearing nothing, she continued walking the stairs until she heard the noise again. It could really be anything, so she ran the rest of the way into her room and shut the door swiftly behind her.

Her pulse raced as she her breathing slowed down, trying to get a grip on herself. “It’s nothing, there’s no danger, you’re okay,” she murmured, with every reassuring breath. “You’re fine.” Coming to a point where she could stand straight again, she fixed her wrinkled shirt and went into the bathroom to wash her face.

She turned on the water and splashed herself a few times, just to calm her down. That was when she heard the noise again, but this time it was different. It was louder and there was another muffled sound with it. Elena shot back looking into her room, quickly realizing that wasn’t the source and turned back to the mirror. Her hand reached for the faucet with the movement of her wrist, slowly turned the water off, so she could hear where exactly the sound was coming from. Elena moved towards the door that connected her bathroom to Jeremy’s room when another loud sound emerged, but this time it sounded like a person.

“Jeremy!” Elena gasped. Scattering, almost not being able to focus, Elena threw the door open, half expecting to see Jeremy at the bloody hands of yet another vampire hell bent on revenge when she stopped dead in her tracks.

He was in the hands of another vampire all right, if you want to call it that...

She couldn’t help it, she just stared. Not being able to move, or even trying for that matter, she stared at the whole scene. When she burst into his bedroom and the light shone onto his bed, Jeremy jumped off of something, which turned out to be a someone. Elena knew Jeremy was growing up, but still… this was just weird.

“ELENA!” Jeremy yelled, falling off of his bed.

Elena put her head in her hands as he wrapped his top cover around him, the person in the bed shrinking even smaller into size.

“Don’t you know how to knock?!” He was not best pleased having his older sister walk in on him… busy.

“How was I supposed to know you were in there with... with...” Elena stuttered to get her words out when a pair of eyes popped from under the sheets. Her own eyed widened and she grabbed Jeremy’s hand pulling him into their adjoining bathroom and slammed the door shut.

Pointing in the direction of his room, her words sputtered out. “Anna?! How... what... WHY are you with... her?!”

Jeremy looked down at her, his expression nearly blank and very ‘duh’-like. “I kinda love her, Elena.”

“But she’s a vampire! She could kill you, Jer!”

“So could Stefan,” Jeremy nodded, annoyed by the whole situation.

“But Stefan—“

“But what Elena? He’s still a vampire. You don’t know that he could possibly not be able to control himself, you’ve seen him vulnerable before.” Jeremy moved to open his door. “Anna’s changed. She just wanted her mother back. I think you should be able to understand my decision.”

Elena watched him go, defeated and sighed, throwing herself onto her own bed.

Jeremy sighed, as he locked the bathroom door as well, but a smile crept to his face when he saw Anna’s in the moonlight. “Now, where were we..."

OKAY GUYS. Here's the beginning of my promised Glee fic! Thank you realdetective for answering my questionnaire LOL. I know it wasn't a lot of time, but anymore feedback is appreciated here.

Title: You Have the Time to Change Your Mind

Summary: What to do when two want you?

The divorce was final, Regionals were over and Will Schuester was a free man… at least he was until the first day after summer break. There was nothing like the smell of the disinfectant the school janitors used to keep the halls and classrooms clean against the smell of his Cool Water cologne. It felt good to be back – there was a new sense of determination, a new year to define…

… And hello, Quinn Fabray…

Someone had managed to lose all of their baby fat… fast.

Will shook his head. ‘What am I doing?’ he scolded himself. ‘You’re the teacher, Schue, not the student. And pretty ex-cheerleaders are the last thing you need to look at.’

“Hey Mr. Schue,” Quinn waved a small wave in his direction, completely but subtly giving him a once over. “See you at rehearsal!”

He grinned, saluting her with his two fingers and kept walking towards his office. He would’ve said something more, but he wasn’t going to trust what would’ve happened if he did.

Not that it would’ve prevented what was about to happen next.

Will walked into his office to find Rachel Berry sitting there, waiting for him.

“Mr. Schuester!” Rachel started off. “Since Glee club is starting a new year in ‘new directions’ with our song choices and rehearsals and such, I was going to propose…”

But that was all that Will heard. There was something different about Rachel, something he couldn’t quite put his finger on. Was it the way she was dressed? No, she was wearing knee socks and a pleated skirt… typical Rachel-esque attire. Could it have been her hair? Nope, her hair was let down past her shoulders in the usual fashion. Was it…

“Mr. Schuester?”

Broken from his trance, Will looked up and met her gaze. “Do you think it would be okay?”

Nodding quickly, before he had time to react to exactly what she was saying, he blindly gave the go ahead. “Sure! I don’t see why not! Sounds great!” he clapped his hands together and Rachel squealed.

“Great! I’ll be over at your place at seven-thirty then!”

Will stopped smiling. “What?”

“And I hope you don’t mind if I bring over a few snacks… we’ll get hungry from all the brainstorming work!”

Blinking, Will stuttered to find his words. “Wait, Rachel—“

“See you in class, Mr. Schue!”

But it was too late. Will Schuester had a show choir planning date for the night. Wonderful.

Around seven o’clock, Will had just gotten out of the shower and was in the process to drying his abundantly curly hair when he heard the doorbell. Only in his boxers and a towel draped over his shoulders, he went to look out the peep hole to find Rachel, quite early, her hands full with what looked like a pizza box, soda and a rather large, stuffed canvas bag.

“Um, hang on Rachel, I’ll be right there!” Will rushed back into this bedroom where he had his clothes laid out on his bed. He didn’t quite know why he did that, but somehow in the back of his mind he knew he would need to.

Will raced back to the front door and skidded to a halt in his socks, much like on ‘Risky Business’. He opened the door and instantly relieved Rachel of her load.

‘He’s always so very chivalric,’ Rachel mused. She closed the door behind her and followed him into the living room where the pizza and drinks were set up on the coffee table. She carefully plopped her ‘star in the making’ canvas bag next to her on one of the twin couches and Mr. Schuester sat on the opposite seat, facing her.

“Sorry I’m a bit early,” Rachel started the conversation by taking some paper plates from the table and setting up the food. “I know it’s more fashionable to be late, but I figure we have some important work to be done and it’s better to get as much done as possible.”

Will chuckled, as he poured the soda into the clear plastic cups. “Don’t worry about it. I’m always flexible on time for important issues.”

Rachel smiled. Carefully setting the drink down onto a napkin next to her food, she realized what was wrong.

He noticed the way her eyes lingered on the napkin a little too long and then his brain finally clicked to what was the matter. He jumped up and quickly made his way to the kitchen, where he dug out a fork from the drawer, returning a minute later to the living room.

He came up behind her, smiling and rested the fork on the napkin. "I knew something was missing."

Startled, Rachel jumped a bit when she heard his voice come from behind her. “Thanks for the fork,” she blushed, quietly.

Only then did he realize how wrong this whole scene was. Rubbing his forehead, Will quickly moved from behind her and back to where she could see him and vice versa.

“So, where do we begin?”

Sorry guys - I'm going friends only again. Friending Policy.

Reason being... this is a LOT harder than I thought. I feel like I have to watch what I say a lot more than I should feel comfortable doing and quite honestly... I've had my LJ since 21 September 2003. It was flocked from probably around the beginning/middle of 2004. That's almost six years of friends only-ness. And a hard habit to break.

Okay, so I was really built up after watching the guys clip like 285723895 times yesterday and I was super excited for this episode.

I have to say it was a good episode, but I was sadly disappointed. It's like they did a mash-up up every subplot into one and just made it one big fireball of MAHHHHH!

~ I think Sue's gonna be gone from the Glee club either end of the next episode or atleast very soon.
~ Can Terri just go jump off her fragile weak platform of stupidness now?!
~ I love how Rachel reached out to Quinn.
~ I feel sorry for Ken. But not enough for this next statement...
~ WILL WILL CONFESS HIS LOVE FOR EMMA!
~ Finn can't get Rachel out of his head *giggle*
~ And on that note..
~ FINN AND RACHEL FOREVERS!
~ I love how Kurt went for the girls group
~ I love Artie! He's hilarious

It's Been Awhile

Hey there...

Wow it's been exactly one month since i last posted! xD What's been going on... hmm... Well nothing too exciting to say the least. I don't have a job anymore WOO FOR THE UNEMPLOYED. Not really. My brother's respite hours ran out FOR THE YEAR and now I'm shit out of luck for money. I really need a job.. does anyone know of someone legit I can do online? Crap.

There's not really much else to post. I've been crazily addicted to online trading card games and doing the Tennantcast thing every Saturday. I need to try to move that thing again this weekend to my own server cause the last time I tried it it was being a dickhead.

I also need some moar help for an Alan Rickman site I am doing... I know some of you on my friends list are fans, any takers? At all?!

Heh.

Also, I need some moar icons. Like seriously, I have 138 and have room for 199. Someone please point me in the direction of awesome icons. You can look at my interests but super lately it's been Rickman, Hotel Babylon, Sailor Moon, Quinto, Tennant, Barrowman (those two by default) and just.. yeah xD

I need another favor. Someone please please kick me in the ass to make icons!

If you successfully do that, I may even take batch requests :)

1) To agree with dr_is_in I LOVE RHYS!!! Ahahahahaha. And I have to say, I really like Gwen a lot... she's grown up so much and she's not so annoying as she used to be.

2) And I love how she says "Good morning" to Tosh and Owen *bawls*

3) Peter Capaldi is very clean cut in this. Hahaha unlike in Skins.

5) I love Jack and his daughter. It's so cool, but so weird.

Errr...

Whilst Nobel Son is a really good thriller, uhh it's not for the faint at the sight of blood and severing of body parts...

Thumbs keep getting cut off live people. And no it's not pretty.

And probably not good at 1137 at night .___.;;; HAHAHAHAHA

Therefore I turned it off.

Also? Eliza Dushku is really awesome in this movie, even though she's a bit psycho ahahhaa.
