The highly durable metal offers excellent surface finishes, excellent tensile strength, part longevity, and the possibility of having multiple thicknesses in a single piece.

Aluminum is an ideal choice for both structural parts and rotors in automotive and household applications.

With extensive experience in handling aluminum with die-casting and rheocasting technology, and providing turnkey plants, we created two versatile vertical injection machines specifically for producing rotors for electric motors or EV motors of all sizes, and one machine for structural parts.

Our innovative and highly-automated casting process allows you to produce the semi-solid slurry starting from any suitable alloy, without using pre-prepared billets — delivering up to 60% solid fractions.

Our machines offer several advantages: utilizing short, direct injection channels, our vertical injection method allows air to easily be expelled from the mold. Because only one rotor is produced at a time, waste is decreased as process parameters are adjusted to fine-tune your product — these machines operate with extremely low cycle times so there is no loss to production output as a result.

Mold changes are easy and quick, and to change the rotor’s height you only need to set the parameters through the HMI. Each machine has an embedded automatic height control for the lamination stack: if the height is incorrect, the part is expelled from the process.
