Therefore, while we cannot offer returns or replacements on seeds or plants due to general growing issues, we stand behind the quality of our seeds and want our gardeners to enjoy full germination whenever possible.

If you experience a germination failure, we ask that you retain the original seed packet and any ungerminated seeds (including seeds which failed to germinate) and contact us directly, and we will be happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution. Our goal is your satisfaction and to help you achieve the best possible results with your garden.
