CalPlan and HCP unavailable morning of April 13
The CalPlanning tools CalPlan and HCP will be unavailable for edits from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, April 13 while we update the average non-represented compensation increase for FY27 to 4.5% in the Review HCM data to add to Plan data in HCP.

CalPlan and HCP are available
for edits to FY26 Forecast and FY27 Operating Budget. Please review the March release notes for CalPlanning for FY27 Budget training for details about this update.
To help make the CalPlan and HCP forms perform more quickly for you, we suggest that you set your preferences as:
- CalPlan MyOrg preference to an L3 org or below
- HCP MyOrg preference to an L5 or L6 or L7 org
This will bring back fewer intersections to display in your form and improve performance for everyone.
CalRptg and HCPRptg are available for reporting
from CalPlanning and Smart View. Reminder: Click on the Explore button to access reports, including the Key Controls report.
Actions required after CalPlanning upgrade
There are several actions users need to take when they first log back into CalPlanning after our upgrade on November 24. Please review the CalPlanning Upgrade Job Aid for details.

March 2025 Actual Data Load
- CalRptg and Cal Answers will be updated with closed March Actuals on Monday morning, April 13.
- HCPRptg will be updated with closed March Actuals on Monday night, April 13.
- The FY26 Forecast in CalPlan and HCP update with February Actuals will be the last update before the budget deadline.
April 2025 Actual Data Load
- CalRptg and Cal Answers will be updated with closed April Actuals on Tuesday morning, May 12.
- HCPRptg was updated with closed April Actuals noon Tuesday, May 12.
- The FY26 Forecast in CalPlan and HCP update with February Actuals will be the last update before the budget deadline.
