More Indian Languages and Phone numbers
Hi Guys! This month we have some much anticipated features that has been requested by a number of users.
Indian Language Support
We have integrated Sarvam AI to bring Indian language support! You can now select from a number of Indian languages below when you choose Sarvam for your SST/TTS Provider.
Plivo Integration
You can now use your own numbers from Plivo! Plivo is a provider that natively supports inbound/outbound calls for India. Bring your own Plivo number and start calling in India now.
If you want to purchase our managed plivo numbers, let us know via email or web chat.
April 8 Update - New Models and SMS Integration
GPT 5.4 is now supported
The best model for the job with minimal hallucinations, GPT5.4 is now supported in LLM Models. We suggest everyone to switch to 5.4 for best results. There is a slight increase in latency but our internal tests shows that the tradeoff is worth it.
SMS Instructions
Sometimes website links can be hard for AI to say, as a result, so we built SMS instructions. Just configure any basic instructions as text, and the agent can text the caller as instructions, such as payment links.

March 7 Update - SMS Support, Inbound Contacts, and More!
We have shipped a LOT of exciting improvements for the last month - here are the summaries of the new features:
Eleven Labs Support
We now fully support Eleven Labs as voice model provider! You can select them in voices tab and in the STT Provider section of the workflow settings tab.
Inbound Contacts
Inbound contacts are now available under the settings tab. See all your inbound contacts under the contacts tab. Outbound contacts are now renamed to "Leads". More details here.
Inbound SMS Support
Your workflows can now be used for Inbound SMS! Set up your phone number with SMS and assign them to a workflow, they will automatically run the same workflow for SMS conversations as well! Read more about it here.
AI Workflow Edit + JSON Workflows
You can now create workflow via JSON schema and edit workflows with AI prompting! We have heard feedbacks about editing workflows being hard, so hopefully this speeds up the process.
Separate Phone Number Subscriptions
If you are on a lifetime plan and need to buy a number separately, you can now buy a number in the settings page without any active subscription! Go to the settings page and add more numbers for your organizations.
Dynamic Phone Transfer
You can now use a webhook to dynamically return the number you want to transfer to, so you can add a simple staffing time sheet and transfer depending on which staff is online for that day.
End of RocketHub Lifetime deal

Feb 14 Update - Voice Infra V2
YiMing from CallCow here. We have some exciting updates for this week! Here are the brief summary of new things we've shipped this week:
Voice V2 Infrastructure
We did an overhaul of our voice infra this month to help enable future features and help with some logging / voice issues that some of you are seeing - we will be slowly rolling them out in the up coming weeks.
As part of the rewrite - we are now adding ElevenLabs as our speech to text provider. More languages / voices will be enabled in the upcoming week for eleven labs.
Forms (beta)
Forms is now in beta! You can go into the Form tab and add your questions form. Forms will help you collect better information so you no longer need extra nodes for each information. Read more here.
Webhooks will also return form results for a more structured output and logging
More Integrations
We added tidycal integration for this week for booking meetings and querying contacts.

CallCow Jan 30 Product Update - White-labeling, Knowledge base, webhooks, and more!

We have some exciting updates for this week! Here are the brief summary of new things we've shipped this week:
White Labeling Support
You can now link other workspaces directly to your parent workspace. This is good for white labeling - so you can add your clients into the children workspace, and the billing will be tied to your master workspace.

Knowledge base
Knowledge base is now in beta! You can go into the Knowledge tab and add your knowledge base from text or website scrapping - we also support daily scrapping, so you can keep your knowledge up to date. Every agent in your workspace will have access to the knowledge base.
After Call Webhook
For people working with other automations, after call webhook is now enabled, so you can integrate with your other systems. Check our webhook docs for more information.
More Integrations
We added Trafft.com integration for this week for booking meetings and querying contacts.

We have some exciting updates for this week! Here are the brief summary of summaries we've shipped:
Multi Language Support
Multi language is now available for custom workflows - go to "Edit Metadata" and scroll down for different languages you want to test! No need to update your existing prompt - the AI will translate automatically for you!
List Calling
You can now dial your entire list automatically in the background with list calling! Upload a list, select a workflow, and watch AI go to work. More details here.
We are also rolling out a few improvements on list calling - so keep your eye out for those too.
More Voice Options
You can now find more voices to add to your organization under the Voice tab. Select the one you want to add, add to your organization and use it in your workflow.
Opt-out Recording
For people working with medical or other sensitive industries, you can now opt-out of recording any conversation information under the "Edit Metadata" Section. This helps with data compliance as we will not store ANY information when the flag is turned on.
Custom Integrations
We are staying true to out promise of building free integrations for all our users. If you have an integration use-case and would like us to build it for you, contact support and provide your API key - we will gladly do it for you :)
