California Alliance of Caregivers gathers stakeholder input from foster, kinship, guardian, and adoptive parents to inform our advocacy, policy agenda, and policymaker education day. Caregivers can bring their concerns and ideas to monthly CAC Policy Committee meetings. All foster, kinship, guardian, and adoptive parents are welcome to attend.
