They are great guys running this tool. The tool is also very valuable

Disappointed I had to pay to upgrade to the new version. However the software is awesome and a must for grad or post grad students.

I think the tools need to be more flexible than found and more options in paraphrasing. Adding options for re-paraphse for same paragraph if the options given not satisfies the meaning.
AI tools needed to be improved more than this experience, adding AI writing, summarise and expansion of text, paraphrasing titles.

But the fact is that when I purchased this app, I thought that the plagiarism/AI detection tool would be with no limits for me, but I was shocked when I saw it is just 30 pages.

After reinstalling Windows, I had exceeded the activation limit for my Ref-N-Write licence. I reached out to their support team, and they responded promptly by resetting my activations. I was able to reactivate my licence without any difficulty, and the entire matter was resolved within a very short period of time. The efficiency, professionalism, and reliability of their support service is truly commendable. And most importantly, their product is superb!!!!!!!!
