Our experience with Pointerpro has been consistently positive from both a product and support perspective. The platform is easy to use and enables us to deliver high-quality surveys with a polished user experience. On top of that, the customer support has been excellent. They are responsive, solutions-focused, and genuinely supportive whenever we’ve had questions or needed guidance.

PointerPro is an easy-to use solution. We utilize it mainly for event management (registrations, feedback gathering) and for easy to use contests. From time to time we want to go a bit more complex and also there we find our solutions.

If we ask something to the support team we're always helped within a few hours.

Really love the onboarding/orientation program when signing up and configuring the account. Keila was an attentive and extremely knowledgeable account representative, and the support team was great in helping us through some of the tougher challenges in setting up exactly as required. The translation function is also super easy to use!

Pointerpro has allowed us to streamline and automate our questionnaires and report generation, saving significant amounts of admin time. This has resulted in us being able to scale our offering in ways that would have previously been impossible.

As a relatively early adopter of some of the new elements of the platform, such as aggregated reports, there have been some teething issues. However, the team have been very responsive in helping to work around problems in the short term, and releasing updates that fix problems in the longer term.

Both our use of the Pointerpro platform and our interactions with the staff that support the system have been extremely positive. I’d recommend the system for anyone looking to professionalise their questionnaires or reports.

Pointer pro is quite easy and intuitive as a tool. Pointer pro has been quite positive for our company usage.

What went wrong?? It would be much easier to say what went right because the list would be virtually nil while the list of what went wrong would be a dissertation. Thanks to Pointerpro and their incompetence in both software programming and customer service, our company took a significant hit reputation-wise and subsequently financially. Over the last 3 years, Pointerpro consistently produced software that did not function as it was supposed to and promised and consistently denied responsibility or accountability. Our firm is a small one or we would have taken them to court and sued them for their incompetence and damages. It is beyond my comprehension how others who have rated them could have had a positive experience unless their programming was so simple and straightforward that a second year college student could have done it. We have customers who have dropped us and their comments were basically this: "As long as you are working with Pointerpro, we will not do business with you despite the quality of your products". Our product is something that is done online and requires functional programming. I would strongly encourage anyone who has anything beyond a simple software solution to go elsewhere.

PointerPro is overpriced, offering limited features coupled with disappointing customer service. During the sales calls, they tend to misrepresent their capabilities, leading you to join under a different impression. The starting price for reports is steep, beginning at $4,500.00, with an additional $1,000.00 onboarding fee for minimal usage. Moreover, they start to push significant upsells for features and access only after you join.

Brilliant Assessments is a much better option, and I want to clarify that I have no association with them. They stand out with their extensive feature set, intuitive setup, and a free trial, which greatly eases the process. Their transparent pricing provides more options to suit diverse needs and is roughly half the cost of PointerPro. Additionally, their customer service is exceptional. It's not surprising, as I learned from a sales rep, why many users are making the switch from PointerPro to Brilliant Assessments.

As from the start of launching the project, PointerPro provided transparency of what was feasible with the their SaaS solution and what not. We build are platform through a co-creation model with PointerPro, where we had the opportunity to learn at the same time the application and build our first customer surveys. PointerPro provides an excellent customer service. The SaaS solution contains diverse and flexible functionalities, which responded to all AGORIA's needs.

Pointerpro is the software platform for creating reports and questionnaires. It was challenging at first, but with time its improved and became the best. It makes work faster and easier to access at anytime. It has more complex feature set and a better price. I'm yet to come across an issue and hopefully i won't. I totally recommend

We deployed Pointerpro to help us build out our assessment to understand if individuals are operating from a compromised state of mind. We are hoping to get ahead of poor decisions that may lead to addiction, overdose or suicide. Overall, PointerPro was perfect for our needs. We were able to stand up a beta version of our assessment quite quickly.
