The experience was amazing from the packaging to the products. I’ve only one major suggestion. Lower the sugar content on your whole line, not just the less sugar hazel and chocolate cubes. The sugar content on most loacker products is too high, too unhealthy.
The hazel and chocolate cubes with less sugar are flawless and the peak of the current Loacker line. I’d love buy sugarless versions of the other Loacker products. Even the plastic packaging is higher quality in the sugarless versions!!!!!

Thr ordering was easy, the customer service team, especially Rita were brilliant, but of the delivery! The couriers DHL, maintained I had my address wrong then didn't answer their phone when I rang. Thank goodness for Rita and her colleagues getting on the case. Finally after two failed promises they delivered. Hmm, perhaps my address was right after all and the DHL team just couldn't be bothered to come to me. But thank you Rita for all your help
