2006.06.14 First Date with lildomino
June 14th was my first date with 
lildomino. We’d met through a mutual woman we were dating, and since she hadn’t gone out with a guy since high school, I was very nervous and spent most of the date thinking to myself, “Don’t be creepy! Don’t be creepy!” It must have worked, since we both had a really nice time.

I am RULE 8(a)!
I am Rule 8, the most laid back of all the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. While my
forefather in the Federal Rules may have been a
stickler for details and particularity, I have clearly rebelled by being pleasant and
easy-going. Rule 8 only requires that a
plaintiff provide a short and plain statement
of a claim on which a court can grant relief.
While there is much to be lauded in my approach, my good nature sometimes gets me in trouble, and I often have to rely on my good friend, Rule 56, to bail me out.
