■Location Information/GPS
For accurate navigation, please use in the following environment:
・Settings: Please allow access to "Precise Location Information".
・Installation: For improved accuracy, please be sure to secure it with a vehicle mount, etc.
・Location: GPS signals are weak. Please install it away from the metal vehicle frame.
・Communication: Mobile data communication is required for the device alone. Tethering (Wi-Fi positioning) connections may not provide sufficient accuracy and may not function correctly.
* Network: MVNO (low-cost SIM) networks may result in slow positioning or lower accuracy.
■Supported Vehicles
* This application considers the following types of cargo vehicles subject to regulations: regular cargo vehicles, semi-medium-sized cargo vehicles, medium-sized cargo vehicles, and large cargo vehicles. Special vehicles (including, but not limited to, those exceeding the general limits set forth in the Road Act and Vehicle Restriction Ordinance) and towing vehicles (including, but not limited to, trailers, double-trailer trucks, etc.) are not included.
* Some functions allow you to create routes that reflect your specified conditions; however, please use these functions at your own discretion and responsibility.
* We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the use of these functions, to the extent permitted by law.
■Operating Environment
For stable operation, please check the following conditions:
* OS: Android 7.0 or higher (Android 10 or higher is supported). *This app cannot be installed on Android Go edition devices.
* GPS: Devices without GPS cannot be used. Devices that do not support Japanese positioning (Michibiki/QZSS) may not function correctly.
* Memory (RAM): Installation is not possible on devices with less than 2GB of RAM. 4GB or more is recommended for smooth operation (as the OS constantly uses several GB).
* Free space: 5GB or more of free storage space is required for downloading maps for offline navigation. (Data size: approximately 3GB)
* Performance: If there is insufficient free memory, the app may crash or not function correctly.
