FROM SELF → BRAND → BUSINESS
From Story to Brand
Curriculum begins with something deeper: students learning how to tell their own story.
Before students design anything, they reflect on:
- Who they are
- How they see themselves
- How others experience them
- What they care about and do well
Students start by creating a short personal narrative; a powerful SEL moment that builds confidence, voice, and self-awareness.
What Students Create and Build
Students don’t just learn branding. They experience what it feels like to understand themselves, understand brands, and create something real.
Students will:
Design logos, ads, and social-style graphics for their FamBiz business
- Create a personal brand video that helps them reflect on who they are and how they want to be seen
Learn what a brand is and why it matters beyond logos. Analyze familiar brands to understand how branding shapes perception
Apply branding ideas to real business decisions in the FamBiz simulation
Build creative confidence, communication, and digital literacy
