Once we finish all the major bugs, we can enable it on Nightly for experimental purpose.

There is still quite a bit of work to do before we can ship this, but I
feel like the state of this with live capturing enabled is enough to let
people play with it.
Demos are already working and finding broken content would be useful and
more likely to happen with it on by default.
Not sure how you feel about it? Maybe we should block on bug 1951167...

Removed from the Nightly release notes as it's been included for more than 3 cycles now. Feel free to nominate this for a fresh release note once this feature is ready to ride the trains.
