I am landing a WIP implementation of the ScrollTimeline API in bug 1321428. A bunch of follow-up work needs to be done before this can be enabled: - The spec needs to mature - The implementation needs to be completed, made sure to conform to the spec, and polished in other ways - Web platform tests (and other tests, such as more async scrolling reftests) need to be written I'm filing this bug to have a place to hang the above work items off of.
