Bug Description
*Steps to reproduce:
1-Open two Firefox windows in workspace #1;
2-Open a Nautilus window in workspace #1;
3-With Nautilus focused, double click Firefox's launcher icon - Compiz will scale Firefox windows;
4-Go to workspace #2 and calmly double click Firefox's launcher icon - it will take you back to workspace #1 and scale Firefox windows;
5-Now go to workspace #2 again but this time quickly double click Firefox's launcher icon - you'll be back to workspace #1 but no scaling will be triggered because the second click gets lost during the workspace transition.
*Expected behavior:
+Unfocused applications should always be scaled after double clicking their launcher icons, irrespective of workspace, focus, or double clicking speed.

I believe this needs design input. Because seems its working as it is meant to.
