Openstack undercloud install asks for a password

Bug Description
If installing undercloud in terminal, it asks for a password.
Just "Password:" prompt, accepts any string and continues.
If using it in CI or automation scripts, it doesn't happen (seems like doesn't detect the shell).
Desired behaviour - not to ask for any password even if terminal exists.
