[0.790] Windows 7 live preview issues

I'm not sure how easily it can be fixed, but for me Windows 7 taskbar live previews doesn't respect the zoom level.

Steps to reproduce this problem:
1) Connect to a hub
2) Adjust the zoom level of the chat (to do this: click inside the chat, then scroll with the mouse wheel while holding down Ctrl)
3) Hover your mouse over the taskbar to see the tab previews

What you'd expect:
To show the chat exactly as it is

What you get instead:
The chat preview is showed in "normal" size

Also, the live preview doesn't show the last line of the chat. To see this:
1) Connect to a hub
2) Let the chat "overflow" so make sure you have a scrollbar and you're scrolled to the bottom
3) Hover your mouse over the taskbar, then hover your mouse over to that specified hub
4) Wait, until DC++ shows the tab "live", in large size
5) You should notice that the scroll position is not perfect since you don't see the last line of the chat: when you click to activate the tab, the chat scrolls one line up

Please note that "not respecting zoom level" is also an issue for the "large" preview.
