User Commands

I would like to propose and update to User Commands the current system is a bit messy to work with

Some sort of autobuilder for making user commands since building atm is a bit ruff must be some sort of way to simplify the process and improve it.

A strong mod called RSX++ has a pretty decent way of doing this perhaps it could be ported and improved ask adrian in DCDev if anyone has anything else to add please do in this thread :)
