Bug Description
I am testing mate in my raspberry pi and I only have a keyboard.
When the Mate Welcome window appears, I can do nothing with it because there's no way to navigate through the buttons to select one.
This is on raspberry pi2, Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 LTS, freshly installed.

Fixed for the next release. Buttons can now be focused and the page can be scrolled via the PageUp / PageDown keys (by pressing Tab first). ESC is also a shortcut to quickly get back to the main menu too.
