Bug Description
I haven't found any regularity, but sometimes there are no apps in unity. (Plus there are no scopes, all application scope in unity is empty) The possible way is to logout. I even don't know which process to restart.
I'm using Trusty proposed 64 bit. This situation happens on my notebook too.
