main-menu: "System Tools" category is empty

Bug Description
hi,
i want to use adeskabr as a default panel for my distro UbuBox SalentOS 12.04 based on Ubuntu 12.04 with Openbox as WM.
I encountered a small problem. The main menu loads the category system tools such as an empty category. Why? Is there a way to stop it appearing in the menu?
