Bug Description

Requesting a new feature introduces in win7 called Application Restart if DC++ or ADCH++ crashes the user gets an option to restart the application instead of just terminating it

for now, when ADCH++ is installed as a service, this can be set up manually: open the Services management window, open the properties of the ADCH++ service, change the drop-downs in the "Recovery" tab from "Take No Action" to "Restart the Service".
