The second documentary from SHIFT Nursing, “Everybody’s Work” uncovers the pervasive issue of racism in healthcare, revealing its harmful effects on patients and nurses alike. Through courageous stories of nurses and patients of color across the country, this documentary urges us to confront the reality that racism impacts us all. “Everybody’s Work” was directed by Chad Tingle and produced with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
