I<\/span><\/span>NGREDIENTS<\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

(Recipe is for a 20X20 cm<\/span><\/span>2\u00a0<\/span><\/span>pan)<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span>For chocolate brownies:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

200 grams of dark chocolate<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1 c<\/span><\/span>up (200 g) white sugar<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00bd\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cup yogurt (any yogurt over 3%)<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

120 g butter<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

3 eggs<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0size L<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00be<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cup<\/span><\/span>\u00a0(105 g) white flour<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1 t<\/span><\/span>easpoon baking powder<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

For the cheese batter:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

250 grams of cream cheese (5% possible and more)<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u00bd\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cup (100 g) powdered sugar<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1 e<\/span><\/span>gg<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0size L<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1 t<\/span><\/span>easpoon of vanilla extract\u00a0<\/span><\/span>or puree<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Preparation:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a pan with baking paper at the bottom and edges.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\n

2.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>In a large heatproof bowl, melt in the microwave in short pulses butter, dark chocolate, sugar and yogurt, until everything is melted. Mix well to a uniform batter. Cool slightly.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Meanwhile,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>i<\/span><\/span>n a medium bowl, mix all the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cheese\u00a0<\/span><\/span>batter ingredients well until smooth.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4<\/span><\/span>. When the chocolate batter has cooled slightly, add eggs<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>then\u00a0<\/span><\/span>stir well<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

5. To the chocolate batter,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>add flour and baking powder<\/span><\/span>. M<\/span><\/span>ix again to a uniform batter.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Transfer the chocolate batter to a pan, and pour the cheese batter over it. Using a knife, stir a little for “marble” movements.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Bake in the oven\u00a0<\/span><\/span>at medium temperature\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for about 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs on it.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Cool completely before cutting into squares.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Can s<\/span><\/span>tore in the refrigerator for up to five days.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
