Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented an individual folder from being exported manually.

- Added the ability to create read-only folders that sync with external abbreviation files (to create,
click File -> New Read-Only Sync Folder -> From File).
- Delete key can now be used to remove selected folder(s) / abbreviation(s).
- A couple of other minor enhancements.
With this app you can find and replace multiple words and phrases in word files.
