 Step 1 : Prepare your base, crop and sharpen if needed

Step 2 : >>
Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds : -100, 0, +100, -50
Yellows : -100, +100, +100, -50
Cyans : +100, 0, 0, 0
Neutrals : +20, -20, -40, -30

Step 3 : >>
Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds : -100, 0, +100, -30
Yellows : -100, 0, -100, 0

Step 4 : >>
Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds : -100, +70, +60, +65
Yellows : -100, -80, +100, +40
Greens : +15, 0, 0, 0
Cyans : +100, +45 +40, -45
Magentas : -75, -5, +45, +100
Neutrals : +25, 0, +5, +15

That was the original and with the tut I have
A bit more yellow maybe, but quite similar I think ^^ 

Note : The first 2 selective colors layers are from a script I had for a loooong time, don't remember if I found them somewhere or if I made them =/
