Roof repairs are scheduled at Four Corners Branch Library starting the week of June 15, 2026. Please note that construction work may cause intermittent noise and occasional odours. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Designed for high school students ages 14 to 18 who are ready to grow into confident, inspiring leaders while earning volunteer hours, the Teen Library Leaders (TLL) program offers a team-based environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a strong sense of belonging. Participants gain valuable leadership experience, develop workplace and communication skills, and make a meaningful impact in their community through engaging library initiatives and activities.
Set within Brampton’s diverse community, participants are exposed to a rich mix of cultures and perspectives that help broaden their understanding of the world.
Through collaboration, mentorship, and community involvement, TLL encourages youth to explore their interests, discover their goals, and begin shaping their future path. Along the way, participants will build meaningful connections and develop the skills needed to lead with purpose.
This is a space to challenge yourself, support others, and make a lasting impact in your community.
The TLL program runs bi-weekly from September 2026 to June 2027 at Mount Pleasant Village, South Fletcher's, and Springdale Branch Libraries.
Applications will be accepted between June 1 and July 31, 2026.
To apply, please complete the online application form or visit the customer service desk at any Brampton Library branch to pick up a printed application.
