2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The license must not have been transferred or shared.
  • Requests for refund must include your Order ID and email used during purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your bPlugins account and navigate to My Licenses.
  2. Locate the purchase and click Request Refund.
  3. Fill in the reason for the refund and submit the form.

Alternatively, you can email our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for requesting a refund.

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. The refunded amount will appear on your original payment method statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for purchases older than 14 days.
  • Custom development services, renewals, and upgrade fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests due to user error (e.g., compatibility issues not disclosed in product description) may be declined.
