Hoop-Tober 5.0: "I want to make an 80's inspired movie with the VHS and the board game and the Barbara Crampton..."

This one really isn't bad it's just bland. A lot of the lighting is clearly inspired by From Beyond, but without the fun creatures, this come across as being pointless.

There is some really nice practical effects with disembowelment and a pretty good head explosion. These things however, are far and few between. The story is again very bare bones. Nothing to really grasp on to.

Barbara Crampton was fun though! I was always wondering what she was going to say next. Sadly nothing that interesting or eyebrow raising. What could have been something really creepy or interesting came across as bland.
